Dear Dreamer

Dear Dreamer,

As my father used to tell me every morning as he woke me up for school: “It’s time to rise and shine soldier! It’s time to go out there be somebody!” I absolutely hated waking up to this every morning, but looking back I can appreciate it more now. On that note, it is time to wake up dreamer. It is time to face your dreams in this day, at this time. Why? Because this is where the action happens. This is where reality is created.

I believe if you have a dream inside of you, you not only owe it to yourself to seize it, but you owe it to all the people that might be impacted by your vision or dream as well. Unfortunately, too often I see people use all types of excuses not to go after their vision or dream. I do not know if anyone told you this or not, but your dreams have a timeline attached. When people do not realize this, they inadvertently Esther 4:14 themselves. The dream will be realized, whether you do it or not. If you have a dream, you have first hand insight and access to make it happen! If you do not pursue it, someone else will. Stop waiting. The time is now.

What stops people from trying? Some people are scared to fail, others lack the support they think they need. Even people that believe in you may not believe in your dream or vision. People that believe in your dream or vision may not believe in you to get it done. Here is the best part... They do not have to believe! True dreamers who pursue their dreams have the potential to create tomorrow’s reality that even their doubters will be forced to live in.

I could say stuff now like “you won't know until you try” or “nothing risked is nothing gained.” I agree with both of these statements but this post is not really about that. I want you to see that beyond anything else, the world needs you. You were created with a purpose and blessed with a great amount of gifts to share with the world. I want to eliminate the excuse that no one believed or encouraged you. I believe and I am encouraging you right now. 

If you are looking for a place to start, let’s start by writing a simple thought down first: My dream has always been to ______________________. 

The world has a funny way of bringing you resources once you make a commitment and set out to follow through. This whole website is dedicated to people who are looking for resources to make their dreams come true. I want to see you succeed. Continue to browse the blogs and check out the books that are available. This is beyond trying to sell you a product. We have reality to create. We have lives to impact. We have people to inspire. Dear Dreamer, it’s time to get to work!​
